Order Cancellations
- You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

- Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.
Return & Replacement
Due to hygiene and the delicate nature of jewellery, we only accept returns or replacements under the following conditions:
- You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product.
- You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Kindly share an unboxing video and photos for verification.
Eligible returns will be replaced with the same product or store credit, based on availability.
Refund Process
Refunds are applicable only for:
- Prepaid cancelled orders (within the allowed window).
- Returned orders accepted under damage/defect/wrong item cases.
Refund Timeline:
- Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Items
- Customized jewellery or made-to-order items
- Items returned without original packaging
- Any product reported after the 48-hour return window
